Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of OrbitRank GenO, the AI search visibility platform operated at orbitrankgeo.com (the "Service"). By creating an account, starting a trial, or using the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or agency, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. What the Service does (and does not promise)

OrbitRank GenO runs automated search-visibility campaigns: it grades your GenO score, tracks rankings and AI-engine citations, generates content and schema recommendations, prepares off-site submission assets, and produces performance reports.

Search engines and AI engines (Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude and others) operate independently of us. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, citation, traffic level, or conversion outcome. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your market, competitors, and the engines' own ranking and retrieval systems.

3. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account.
• You must only run campaigns on websites you own or are authorized to manage, and you must have the right to submit any URL, brand, or client email you enter.
• White-label users are responsible for their own end clients' compliance with these Terms.

4. Plans, trials and billing

• Plans are billed monthly in advance at the prices shown on our pricing page (STARTER, PRO, ENTERPRISE).
• New accounts receive a 14-day free trial of the PRO plan; no payment method is required to start it. The trial ends automatically unless you subscribe.
• Subscriptions are month-to-month with no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Usage-based allowances (engine checks, prompts, campaigns) reset monthly as described on the pricing page. Overage add-ons and service bundles (AI Ads, E-commerce GenO) are billed as described at purchase.
• We may change prices on 30 days' notice; price changes do not retroactively affect the current paid period.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

• violate any applicable law or the policies of any search engine or AI provider;
• run campaigns on sites that are illegal, deceptive, or that infringe the rights of others;
• resell, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service or its engine-check quota for third-party tools;
• circumvent plan limits, share accounts, or automate abuse of the free GenO Grader.

6. Content and intellectual property

You retain all rights to the content, data, and campaign material you submit or that is generated for your campaigns. You grant us a limited license to process that material solely to operate the Service for you.

The OrbitRank GenO platform, methodology, scoring systems, and all platform content remain our property. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Service to you.

Generated content is provided for your review; you are responsible for reviewing and approving anything you publish on your site.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that engine data will always be complete or accurate, as it depends on third-party sources.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost traffic, or lost data.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that create risk or abuse for us or our providers. Sections that by their nature survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability limits) remain in effect after termination.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
